Total Family Clinic is Atlanta’s only medical practice open until 11 p.m. — combining full-service family medicine with same-day urgent care and the most advanced in-office diagnostics. From rapid PCR testing for flu, COVID-19, RSV, and vaginitis, to on-site blood analysis, ABI index testing, Holter monitoring, diabetic retinal screening, and vision screening, we deliver results and treatment in one visit. As a locally owned, nurse practitioner–led practice, we provide the attentive, affordable care we’d want for our own families — day or night.

The cost of care for self-pay patients is typically less than the out-of-pocket cost for insured patients, because we don’t have to pay someone to bill the insurance company and wait months to receive payment. If you have insurance, you can also avoid these additional costs by paying Total Family Clinic the self-pay cash price at the time of your visit and then filing with your insurance company yourself to have the payment applied to your deductible.
